The German Village Real Estate Market Right Now
October 21st, 2010 categories: Real Estate News
Fewer homes on the market, slightly higher sales prices, though lower per square foot, exceptionally large-over 2100 square feet on average, and exceptionally expensive–almost an average of $440,000– homes on the market.
Why? Well, the median is more like 1800 square feet and about $300,000 with an average days on market of only 120 days–about 6 weeks fewer than the average. The most expensive home on the market in German Village continues to be 133 East Deshler at $1,695,000 and 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths and 3800 square feet.
