Mortgage Rates Lowest in 30 Years

From last week when we equaled an all time low. Even today I saw 4.0% on a 15 year mortgage.

America’s Most Expensive Mansion Sells

Since this will get you wondering, in Franklin County, only 30 homes have sold for more than $2 Million. Of those, only one has sold for more than $3MM – A 17,750 sq ft 7 bedroom 8/3 bath home on 4 acres in the Coltsneck neighborhood of Blacklick in August of 2006 for $3,600,000.

So says a Coldwell Banker survey of 1,000 singles. My experience says the opposite. While I have helped clients sell their suburban homes–a decision that many never seemed to have liked in the first place–most of my single clients, men or women, prefer to be where the action is.
