When log cabins go bad

I showed this far East Pickerington Log Home yesterday. We couldn’t
figure out what happened here.
Water, termites, fire…. These could all have been part of the
problem at some point. There was some char, I didn’t see any signs of
termites and with the house vacant for probably a year and a half or
so, it only gets worse every day.
