When it does, it'll have a local edge, ala some of everyone's favorite Short North locals, that'll make it fun and interesting. There will also be a mix of places to go to just get stuff you need. I live a mile away from Broad and High and I never feel like any retail is too far away now. I look forward to it only getting better. I was a little overly melancholy there but I can't wait for what's on deck. I agree that it’ll bounce back and I, too, am excited about it. It's just going to be a slow process. The mall wasn't helping anything over the past 10 years, and any sort of revamp would probably only refreshen the space for another decade (*cough Kingsdale cough*), and then we'd be right back to where we are today.
