		<description>I agree that it&#039;ll bounce back and I, too, am excited about it. When it does, it&#039;ll have a local edge, ala some of everyone&#039;s favorite Short North locals, that&#039;ll make it fun and interesting.
There will also be a mix of places to go to just get stuff you need. I live a mile away from Broad and High and I never feel like any retail is too far away now. I look forward to it only getting better.
I was a little overly melancholy there but I can&#039;t wait for what&#039;s on deck.</description>

		<description>Retail will definitely rebound Downtown. It&#039;s just going to be a slow process. The mall wasn&#039;t helping anything over the past 10 years, and any sort of revamp would probably only refreshen the space for another decade (*cough Kingsdale cough*), and then we&#039;d be right back to where we are today.

I&#039;ve got some memories there as well. But I&#039;m more excited about what&#039;s in store for the future of the site. ;)</description>
