		<description>I&#039;m very excited about it and agree that the finished product is pretty spectacular. The Theater itself may not entirely revive the neighborhood, but it&#039;s going to certainly going to give the area a big boost.

Also good to see that two of the four retail slots in the front of the building sound like they&#039;re already being filled. I&#039;m hoping that the new foot traffic from the theater can get that restaurant space across the street filled in as well. ;)</description>
