"You scored a lot of points with us when you answered my specific questions straight up without any BS. I think other Realtors would have told us what they thought we wanted to hear." - Brad Rosser
"As a first-time homebuyer, I was nervous about the entire process. Step by step, Joe made it easy and fun. His expertise in the Columbus real estate market is a tremendous asset. He is highly recommended!" - Nicolette Horan
"I wanted to say thank you again, so much, for all your hard work. I know that you really put a lot of time into this transaction and I really, really appreciate it. I'm so happy I got the house and it all worked out and I just wanted to say thanks again, you did a great job and i really appreciate it. I will put that on the survey when they send it to me.
If there is ever anything I can do for you, please don't hesitate to give me a call. I will refer every single person I know to you. I'm going to go get my dog and we're going to sit on the floor of our new house and have a glass of champaign.
Thanks a lot Joe" -- Michael Mamp
As most of you know, I’m now the Broker & Owner of Delicious Real Estate. I’ve been working on the corporate site but have a long way to go. Just recently I have put up the working home search solution that will, more or less in the same fashion, be all over the company site at deliciousrealestate.com.
Will you please head over there when you get a minute and test the home search for me Sign up for an account to save your favorites and for email updates to be delivered to you with homes matching your search, etc.
Any home-search-specific feedback you can give would be great. I hope to make improvements on the home search and perhaps have an entirely different product this time next year but for now, I want to make sure everything is working as it should be.
Thanks in advance for testing it and for your feedback.

One Response to “Searching for a Home in Columbus”
I played around with it a bit. The only thing that tripped me up at first was that the program is self contained. After I did one search I hit the back button on my browser and it took me back to the homepage. But after that initial realization, everything worked ok for me.
