Sunday I showed two homes to a great couple who are past clients. One was in Gahanna by Jefferson Country Club so almost Blacklick, the other was in Delaware by Dublin Rd and Route 42 — 30.8 miles away says Google Maps. Without a doubt, that is the farthest I have ever gone between showings.
Sadly, neither home was anything to write home about. The choices in floor plans some people make I will never understand. Remember that ‘Custom Built Home’ means nothing except that one person, at one time, thought it was a neat layout for their home.
