Hello,

I like to comment on what I have been reading and viewing on websites in regards to the homes that are on sale in the Downtown Columbus area. I am very impressed on the location(s) and the amenities being offered.

I guess in each city/state, depending on income and the metro area, the costs of these condos/lofts/townhouses can be expensive. Probably cannot be compared, but if New Yorkers, in particular, Manhattan (aka New York City), Brooklyn, parts of Queens (Astoria), Bronx and Staten Island were offered this at prices below $500,000, New Yorkers would jump to these deals in a heartbeat! Prices under $200,000 - wow!!

I just want to emphasize on what these homes offer is terrific (terraces, views, parking garages - not a space marked on the ground, over 500 sq. ft. of space, two bedrooms+, etc.). Again, I know it may be costly to certain income brackets, but what developers are bringing to Columbus (metro area) is great housing opportunity(ies). I hope in some way possible, residents in these area can take full advantage of what is being offered. It just seems attainable to purchase - compared to the average New Yorker trying to purchase a home which seems nearly impossible and average New Yorkers definitely do not make the income to purchase any type of dwelling costing way over $500,000 and the quality of construction is so-so.
