The Ascent in Covington, South Shore Condos in Newport, Harbor Greene in Bellevue, River Pointe in Cincinnati, and a whole slew of condos in the downtown Cincinnati area as well. This has created a buyers market for buyers. It is truly a great time for a buyer, as they can take advantage of this glut, by getting a much better price that what the develpers are asking.
