"You scored a lot of points with us when you answered my specific questions straight up without any BS. I think other Realtors would have told us what they thought we wanted to hear." - Brad Rosser
"As a first-time homebuyer, I was nervous about the entire process. Step by step, Joe made it easy and fun. His expertise in the Columbus real estate market is a tremendous asset. He is highly recommended!" - Nicolette Horan
"I wanted to say thank you again, so much, for all your hard work. I know that you really put a lot of time into this transaction and I really, really appreciate it. I'm so happy I got the house and it all worked out and I just wanted to say thanks again, you did a great job and i really appreciate it. I will put that on the survey when they send it to me.
If there is ever anything I can do for you, please don't hesitate to give me a call. I will refer every single person I know to you. I'm going to go get my dog and we're going to sit on the floor of our new house and have a glass of champaign.
Thanks a lot Joe" -- Michael Mamp
A one bedroom in Renaissance with a great downtown view
a two bedroom in Connextions with an even better view
a very unique 3 bed 2.5 bath next to the Main Library
the awesome 1532 square foot model at Hamilton Park Place with 2 beds and 2.5 baths
a two bedroom in Burnham Square with, you guessed it, a great view (pictured here) though downtown was somewhat behind it
a 2nd story Buggy Works corner unit with 2 bedrooms and yes, great views. (here is a panorama from the common rooftop terrace at Buggyworks)
These ran the gamut from $179,900 to $749,500 and 858 square feet to 2,590 square feet.
This being June, it’s a good time to see what happened last month downtownish:
In May, 4 units sold in Downtown proper, (it may be possible more haven’t hit the MLS yet since it’s only first and many closings happen on the last day of the month) all condos, from $245,900000 (a big 2nd floor 1 bedroom at 224 N 4th) to $765,000 (3rd floor Buggyworks with tons of windows and 2520 square feet). Also selling were a Rich Street Walk (yes, 2 car attached garages) and 1 bedroom Carlyles Watch.
They averaged $252.40/sq ft and a little over 1550 sq ft. I have to wonder though, what became of the 21 properties that went into contract or contingent status in April Just not yet closed I
