Looking northeast across Upper Arlington after the snow, the corner of Lane Ave and Tremont Rd. is at the lower left.So you’re considering moving to Central Ohio and you want to know if it snows here Yeah, it snows here. Truth be told, however, not too much. Last winter, my kids went sledding one time-around Thanksgiving. It rarely snows more than 2 inches and that only happens about 3-4 times a winter. This week we got hit pretty hard, about 3.5 inches, about 1/2 inch of pure ice, then about 2 more inches though some weather outlets will say we received more like 8 inches of snow, I didn’t at my house near downtown.
