"As a first-time homebuyer, I was nervous about the entire process. Step by step, Joe made it easy and fun. His expertise in the Columbus real estate market is a tremendous asset. He is highly recommended!" - Nicolette Horan
"I wanted to say thank you again, so much, for all your hard work. I know that you really put a lot of time into this transaction and I really, really appreciate it. I'm so happy I got the house and it all worked out and I just wanted to say thanks again, you did a great job and i really appreciate it. I will put that on the survey when they send it to me.
If there is ever anything I can do for you, please don't hesitate to give me a call. I will refer every single person I know to you. I'm going to go get my dog and we're going to sit on the floor of our new house and have a glass of champaign.
Thanks a lot Joe" -- Michael Mamp
On the lighter side, it turns out we like our labs (did you know they have webbed feet) boxers and shepards. When I’m at Goodale Park, Franklin Park or Schiller Park with my family, I see all of these breeds in good numbers.
If you have a dog and you’re considering buying a home soon, don’t forget that you can always build a fence (except in certain restrictive neighborhoods where it may be outlawed by the local civic association). Don’t make a fenced-in yard a priority in your home search because it’ll knock out a lot of excellent contenders.
The Labrador retriever is the most popular dog registered with the American Kennel Club in Columbus and in the nation, the organization said Monday.

Following the Labrador, the most popular dogs in Columbus are the boxer and German shepherd - tied for third place - the Yorkshire terrier, poodle and miniature schnauzer. Dachshunds came in eighth place, followed by the beagle and Pomeranian.
Nationally, the Yorkshire terrier is the second most popular registered dog, followed by the German shepherd, golden retriever, beagle and dachshund. Toward the bottom of the list in seventh place was the boxer, followed by the poodle, Shih Tzu and miniature schnauzer.
